Build strong, respectful relationships with children and their families, ensuring the child’s voice informs all decisions and care planning processes.

Prepare clear, evidence-based reports for child protection conferences, looked after reviews, and court proceedings, adhering to local and national practice standards.

Work collaboratively with professionals from education, health, police, and other agencies to ensure a coordinated and safeguarding-led approach.

Engage in regular supervision, reflective practice, and training to maintain high standards and contribute to continuous improvement within Bedford’s Children’s Services.
