Join Hull City Council to carry out statutory assessments and deliver safeguarding services in line with the Children Act 1989/2004 and national safeguarding guidance.

Develop, implement, and review outcome-focused care and protection plans to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of children and young people.

Manage a diverse caseload, including complex and high-risk cases, ensuring all statutory responsibilities are met in a timely and effective manner.

Undertake child protection enquiries, contribute to strategy discussions, attend case conferences, and prepare reports for court proceedings when required.

Work in close collaboration with multi-agency professionals—including education, health, police, and voluntary sector partners—to provide integrated support to children and families.

Maintain high-quality, accurate case records and documentation in accordance with Social Work England standards and Hull City Council policies.
