Deliver statutory children’s services for Caerphilly County Borough Council, working with children and families under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.

Complete strengths-based assessments and develop outcome-focused care and support plans that promote child safety, resilience, and wellbeing.

Manage cases across Child in Need, Child Protection, Looked After Children, and care proceedings, ensuring timely, effective interventions.

Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring the child’s voice is central to all decision-making and planning processes.

Work collaboratively with partner agencies including education, health, and the police to deliver coordinated safeguarding and early intervention services.
