We offer a strengths-based, relationship-focused approach backed by robust supervision and manageable caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:

Undertake statutory assessments, including Child and Family Assessments and Section 47 inquiries, ensuring that all work is compliant with the Children Act and relevant safeguarding procedures.

Develop and implement child-centred care plans and protection plans in collaboration with children, families, and multi-agency partners.

Represent the council in child protection conferences, court proceedings, and multi-agency meetings, preparing high-quality written reports and evidence.

Maintain up-to-date, accurate case records and ensure timely interventions aligned with Hampshire’s values of excellence, integrity, and accountability.
