• To provide specialist assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients with complex physiotherapy problems as an autonomous practitioner within clinical speciality area.
• To undertake line management responsibility for staff, within the service area to provide a responsive and effective service.
• To actively support the Team Leader and Clinical Lead in the operational management of the area and service developments on a local or service-wide level.
• To provide clinical education and training.
• To have responsibility for specific projects or initiatives contributing to the overall delivery of the service within a clinical speciality area.
• To be responsible for providing information to the Senior Management Team
Senior Physiotherapist required for the Neuro Rehab Outreach Team and the wider Neuro Services Pathway across Doncaster and Rotherham. There may be an expectation to assist with service provision across any aspect of the pathway. Working hours: Full time. 37.5 hours per week. There may be a requirement to work these hours flexibly over a 7-day period in accordance with changing patterns of service delivery.
