Hammersmith and Fulham Council is seeking a versatile and skilled Qualified Social Worker to work across Adults and Children’s Services. The role requires someone able to manage a diverse caseload and provide high-quality, statutory social work interventions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to safeguarding, assessment, and support planning within a dynamic multi-agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews for adults and children in need of social care support.

Manage cases involving safeguarding concerns, ensuring appropriate interventions and protection plans.

Work collaboratively with families, carers, and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes and wellbeing.

Prepare reports and contribute to statutory meetings, including Child Protection Conferences and Adult Safeguarding Panels.

Maintain timely and accurate records in line with legal, regulatory, and council standards.
