Undertake Care Act 2014 assessments, care planning, and reviews to deliver personalised, strengths-based support across diverse adult service user groups.

Manage a varied caseload, including older people, adults with physical or learning disabilities, and those with mental health needs, ensuring timely and effective interventions.

Collaborate with families, carers, health professionals, and voluntary sector organisations to provide coordinated, multi-agency support.

Respond to safeguarding concerns and lead on Section 42 enquiries, ensuring proportionate, legally sound, and person-centred outcomes.
