Carry out statutory duties under the Care Act 2014, supporting adults with care and support needs to promote independence, wellbeing, and safety.

Manage a diverse caseload including older adults, individuals with physical or learning disabilities, and people with mental health conditions.

Complete strengths-based assessments, care planning, and reviews in partnership with service users and carers, ensuring personalised and outcome-focused support.

Undertake safeguarding enquiries under Section 42 of the Care Act, coordinating multi-agency responses to protect adults at risk of abuse or neglect.

Apply the principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, completing capacity assessments and participating in best interest decisions when appropriate.

Maintain accurate, timely records and reports while engaging in supervision and continuing professional development to uphold high standards in adult social care.
