Job details:  Community.  To cover vacancy. Occupational Therapist required to start asap for 4 months. Unique team providing all aspects of Stroke pathway – hyperacute, acute and rehabilitation on 1 ward.  The team also provide ESD services in the patient’s home, but this role will not be expected to cover that element. Skills/experience: Substantial experience of working with patients post Stroke – acute and rehabilitation. Excellent prioritisation skills. NHS experience of stroke care and discharge planning (desirable). Accommodation on site available. No remote/home working. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 16.30 or 08.00 – 16.00.
