Community Experience
Main duties:
Working as part of the rehabilitation team with responsibility for own caseload, without direct supervision, supported by the Therapy Lead.
To work in the community in a flexible way to meet the needs of the service.
To work as required, across the east of Berkshire, to provide care to patients where the need is greatest.
To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
Working hours: 15 hours per week. 2 days across Monday to Friday. 8.30am to 4.30pm/ 9am to 5pm Code: U.73791.004006.B12115
