Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Band 6 Location:East London Foundation Trust – Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire Area: Bedfordshire NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: To start asap for 3 months. To support approximately 60 Discharge to Assess Beds across a number of homes countywide. Assessment of needs to be completed with the view of them returning back home within 28 days. This will include equipment provision and access visits. Discharge planning will be required. The post holder will work closely with the wider Discharge to Assess team. Working hours: Full time.
