Job details: Community based. Earlier Supported Discharge for Stroke. Visits are completed in the community at patient’s homes. To start asap. Treating patients with stroke, Neuro as well as Spinal injuries. Requirements:

• • HCPC registration
  • Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • NHS experience as an Occupational Therapist (NHS/Private) UK setting within last 2 years.
  • Access to a Car is Essential to be able to get around for work purposes
  • Community Experience is key
  • Experience in dealing with Stroke / Neuro patients.

Working hours: Full time. 37.5 hours per week.
