- Complete home visits across the borough as required to undertake assessments.
- Maintain accurate case records and professional documentation in accordance with HCPC and local authority standards.
- Manage your workload autonomously while delivering high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy services.
About You
You will be an experienced Occupational Therapist with significant experience managing complex Adult Social Care cases involving moving and handling and major adaptations. You will be confident working independently, balancing remote working with community visits, and delivering timely, high-quality assessments.
Excellent clinical reasoning, report writing, and communication skills are essential, together with the ability to build positive working relationships with service users and multidisciplinary colleagues.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Significant Adult Social Care Occupational Therapy experience.

- Experience assessing for and recommending major housing adaptations.
- Strong knowledge of equipment provision and risk assessment.
- Excellent assessment, report-writing, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage cases remotely.
- Ability to undertake home visits across the borough.
