Job Title: Rehabilitation Assistant – Band 4

Job details: Integrated Community Services. Carrying out community visits for housebound patients. Experience working in Elderly, community, and fallers. Candidate must be a Car driver as work requires travelling. Working hours: shifts, 08.30 – 16.30. Monday to Friday.
