Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Oversee and manage complex cases involving looked after children, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Support and Supervision: Provide professional support and supervision to team members, ensuring high standards of practice and care.
Collaboration: Work closely with social workers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for looked after children.
Service Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement plans, promoting best practices and enhancing outcomes for children and young people.
