Join Bradford Metropolitan District Council as an advanced practitioner to lead and oversee complex statutory assessments for adults, ensuring full compliance with the Care Act 2014 and associated legislation.
Take responsibility for designing, implementing, and reviewing person-centred care and support plans that promote independence, safeguarding, and wellbeing.
Manage a complex and varied caseload, providing expert advice, leadership, and formal supervision to junior social workers and other team members.
Lead and coordinate safeguarding adults at risk processes, including strategy meetings, safeguarding enquiries, and multi-agency safeguarding plans.
Collaborate strategically with a wide range of partners across health, housing, mental health services, and the voluntary sector to ensure holistic support for vulnerable adults.
Ensure all casework and reports meet Social Work England standards and Bradford Metropolitan District Council’s policies, contributing to service development and best practice.
