Handle complex and high-risk cases yourself, ensuring compliance with the Children Act 1989, statutory guidance, and local safeguarding procedures.
Champion evidence-based practice and drive service improvement through coaching, reflective supervision, and modelling best practice.
Collaborate effectively with partners in health, education, police, and early help to coordinate multi-agency responses to children in need or at risk.
Support the management team in service planning, audits, and quality assurance, helping to prepare for Ofsted inspections and raise practice standards council-wide.
