Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Manage and support complex cases involving looked after children, ensuring their needs are met and they receive appropriate care
Support Services: Provide tailored support and guidance to help children and young people navigate the challenges of being in care
Collaboration: Work closely with social workers, healthcare professionals, and educational institutions to create a supportive network for looked after children
Advocacy: Ensure that the voices of looked after children are heard and considered in all decisions affecting their lives
