Job Details:
2x Access to Records Officers required for the Access to Information Team
Log and process Data Subject Access Requests (SARs) across Children’s and Adult Services
Support the team in reducing a backlog of SAR requests
Provide a comprehensive and effective access to records service to past and present service users requesting personal data
Work within statutory timescales and in accordance with current legislation, policy and practice
Champion data protection compliance and support staff to ensure safe, accessible and meaningful information handling
Administrative role – preference for candidates with Social Care and/or SAR experience due to the sensitive nature of the information
