They should also of course have a desire/specialist interest in working with people with needs/disabilities. Or,
Someone with experience assessing the needs of people of any age with disabilities (physical and/or mental health/learning disabilities) ideally experience of assessing and providing equipment and adaptations. Could be social care or NHS background. They should also have an interest in housing. 
Applicants should have experience of Caseload Management, setting goals and priorities. They must also have driving licence and access to a vehicle to use for work
