Job details:  Dementia Intensive Support Team. Speech & Language Therapist required with Dementia experience, to start ASAP for approx. 12 weeks whilst the team look to recruit permanently. Skills/experience: Band 6 must be HCPC registered SLT, Dysphagia competent with adult experience. JD available on request: The post-holder will work effectively and efficiently as an autonomous speech and language practitioner within a multi-professional team environment in community and primary care settings, ensuring safe, efficient and effective delivery of patient-focussed care in line with identified evidence-based practice, local and national standards. Job details:  Band 6 or Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist required for the Community Adult Speech and Language Therapy Team to start ASAP for 12 weeks. JD available on request:
To support the Adult Community Speech and Language Therapy Service across South East Essex by assessing of and planning management for adults with a range of acquired and progressive communication and swallowing disorders seen within the service. 
Car driver essential.
Qualified SALT and relevant registration required, HCPC.
Completion of RCSLT dysphagia competencies
Specialist knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic interventions relevant to acquired and progressive neurological and non-neurological speech and language disorders in adults
Specialist knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic interventions relevant to acquired and progressive neurological and non-neurological swallowing disorders in adults
Experience of working in a Community Setting.
Competent in use of SystmOne & other IT systems.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00. Full time but will consider part time hours.

Job details:  Occupational Therapist required to start asap for 12 weeks. JD available on request. To work as a senior clinician within the Home First West team. Occupational Therapists work as an integral part of the CRHT providing specialist bio-psycho-social interventions. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00.
