executive

Developing tailor-made campaigns to fill your interim executive vacancies.

Our understanding of public and private sector interim executive markets, their needs and challenges, is second to none. This knowledge puts us in an excellent position to lead recruitment searches for executive and senior management and directorship roles in sectors including educational psychology, law and commissioning.

When filling senior-level vacancies on an interim, temporary project and permanent basis, we work collaboratively with clients to develop candidate -focused approaches to specific challenges. We do not do ‘off-the-shelf’ solutions. Our innovative methods consider more than the skill-set required and instead integrate technology, geography and demographic into the process for a bespoke and positive outcome.

Interim and executive staffing

Whether you are looking to fill full or part-time executive roles, specialists for projects involving a statement of work or out of scope IR35, tripod executive has a bank of qualified professionals to meet your needs. We cover all public sector categories on any role at £400 a day and above.

Our consultants are currently providing cover for interim support roles in commissioning, as programme managers, heads of service, category managers and more, to London Borough of Croydon and London Borough of Hounslow.

You can make full use of our insight and experience with statutory national bodies and multi-agency working, including our position on the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) supply chain and our place on the North East Purchasing Organisation working on domestic homicide reviews, local safeguarding and adult safeguarding. In addition, tripod executive consultants were chosen to provide intermediaries to the Cabinet Office for the National Infected Blood Inquiry.

Practice improvement

The core of our project work focuses on improving practices and productivity in public health, commissioning and transformation teams within national and local government and other public sector organisations. We seek to support your workforce strategy and enable long-term stability so you can deliver excellent services and empower staff to develop new initiatives.

Our teams work in partnership with a network of experts in their fields who offer advice and support to high-performing authorities on development and practice, using the Department for Education’s Partners in Practice model. We also have a team dedicated to redesigning and operating SEND systems, which ensures local authorities are meeting their statutory requirements.

As part of our practice improvement work our in-house Independent Practice Expert and Safeguarding Consultant, Julie Penny, designs and delivers improvements in standards for clients on a task basis with a statement of work. With her established network of experts, she delivers training on areas including Ofsted readiness, service redesign and assessing and monitoring improvements. Training and improvements are bespoke, tailored to ensure your organisation gets what it needs to thrive.

Download our Manchester City Council case study to see how we upskilled first line managers, developed confidence and improved oversight within teams that led to praise from statutory bodies.

Thought leadership round tables, showcases and conferences on market developments are among our wider services, having delivered events on a range of health and social care topics since 2017.

Projects

Technology is a driving force in the design and delivery of permanent recruitment campaigns for our public and private sector clients across England and Scotland. Our bespoke approach is enhanced by our use of private sector innovative resources to support campaigns across both private and public sector recruitment. This has been proven to maximise candidate attraction, brand exposure and ultimately, results.

Our social media capability and presence is strengthened further by our expertise in producing, distributing and marketing tailor-made films specifically for social media platforms, securing the engagement of the millennial generation. This drives the application process, giving clients a wealth of candidates to choose from.

Our collaborative webinars and meet and greet events are successful elements in candidate attraction within large-scale campaigns. Four of our projects for London Borough of Camden brought together candidates for a variety of positions within the borough’s health and social care departments, with teams from the borough to showcase what the service had to offer new recruits.

Following candidate attraction and application, our specially-designed one-way video interviewing platform supports clients at the shortlisting process. Used together with traditional CV reviews, tripod executive's online one-way video interviewing is a secure channel that allows for effective and efficient shortlisting.
