Job details:  Integrated Community Services. Provide specialist physiotherapy input to a caseload of community dwelling patients, supporting junior staff including apprentices and rehab assistants. Skills/experience: Experience of providing physical community rehabilitation, experience of managing a complex caseload, moving and handling skills and knowledge, MDT working. Advanced communication skills and working withing diverse communities. Working hours: shifts, 09.00 – 17.00. 7-day rota.
