Job details:  Community Therapy. Car driver essential. Competent and confident in assessment for small equipment aids under the supervision and support of the qualified therapists 
* Rapid response admission avoidance – assessment for small pieces of equipment to maintain safety and independence to avoid admission to hospital.
* Review / assessment of mobility and the provision of walking aids.
* Rehabilitation in patients’ homes of urgent / routine rehab / falls patients. 
Rehab / Rapid response.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8-4pm 30 mins break (can be flexible)
