Job details:  Community Physio Team. Physiotherapy experience working in community setting; Must have own transport and valid driver’s license to allow travel to patient’s homes; Able to work as autonomous practitioner and manage own caseload; experience working closely with a community MDT; experience providing necessary mobility or assistance equipment/aids. Manage own caseload of community patients in their homes and work closely with the team, provision of necessary mobility aids. Working hours: 4 days a week or 15 hours.
