Job details:  Integrated Health Tezam. To provide high quality effective physiotherapy assessment and short-term treatment/management programmes for adults presenting with a range of conditions, who require a community based service. To use specialist physiotherapy knowledge and skills to manage own complex caseload, as an autonomous practitioner. Essential IT skills. Ability to work in a community setting. Working hours: shifts, 09.00 – 17.00.
