• Mental health/LD/Substance misuse experience essential  
• Must be able to provide evidence based mental health occupational therapy assessments and contribute to MDT formulation of need and risk management. 
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle  
• Role is working in a 20 bedded female treatment service. 
• System Knowledge of Carenotes desirable   

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
