Job details:  Community services. Community Therapist with ideally skills in crisis /hospital avoidance can be OT and Physio Mainly for Taunton/west somerset/Bridgwater area. Rehab skills as needs to be able to identify goals and onward plans for patient Driver as need to drive across area and within 2 hour time frame for UCR visit . Ability to provide manual handling assessment and knowledge of equipment is essential. Flexible adaptable and able to manage /prioritise caseload that change. Working hours: shifts, 09.00 – 17.00.
