This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with strong manual handling expertise and experience in Optimal Handed Care. You will work closely with individuals, carers, and multidisciplinary professionals to reduce reliance on care where appropriate, implement strengths-based solutions, and deliver high-quality reablement and equipment services.

- Maintain accurate electronic case records and utilise IT systems in accordance with organisational standards.
- Participate in duty responsibilities, service development initiatives, team meetings, and performance improvement activities.
- Maintain professional HCPC registration and practice in line with relevant legislation, policies, and professional standards.
About You
You will be a HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with experience working within Adult Social Care or community Occupational Therapy services. You will have specialist knowledge of manual handling and experience applying Optimal Handed Care principles to promote independence and improve outcomes for adults.
You will possess excellent assessment, communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, together with the ability to manage your own workload while working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
