Tripod Partners are recruiting an experienced Physiotherapist for an urgent locum opportunity within West Midlands Private Healthcare. Based at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Birmingham, this short-term assignment offers the opportunity to provide high-quality physiotherapy services within a busy hospital environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Physiotherapist who can quickly integrate into an established multidisciplinary team, delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to patients.
• Manage an allocated caseload, delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
• Develop personalised treatment plans to support recovery and maximise functional outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Provide advice and education to patients and carers to support rehabilitation and self-management.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with HCPC and organisational standards.
• Work efficiently within a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining excellent standards of care.

About You

You will be an experienced HCPC-registered Physiotherapist who is adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. You will be confident managing your own workload and delivering high-quality physiotherapy interventions within a hospital setting.

You will possess excellent communication, assessment, and clinical reasoning skills, together with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Relevant UK physiotherapy experience.
• Excellent assessment and rehabilitation skills.
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary team-working abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a new clinical environment.
