You will be committed to promoting independence and ensuring that individuals receive appropriate support to meet their eligible care and support needs.

You will be comfortable working in the community, managing your own workload and making professional decisions. Strong assessment, planning and evaluation skills are essential, alongside the ability to work effectively within a hybrid working arrangement.
