City Health Care Partnership CIC is seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join its service in East Riding of Yorkshire. This is an opportunity for a qualified Physiotherapist with relevant UK NHS experience to contribute to the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services.
The successful candidate will bring relevant clinical experience from within the UK NHS and will be expected to work professionally within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment, applying their physiotherapy knowledge and skills to support positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment and intervention within the service.
- Apply professional clinical knowledge and reasoning to support appropriate patient care.
- Contribute effectively to multidisciplinary working and patient-centred care.
- Assess individual patient needs and contribute to appropriate treatment and rehabilitation programmes.
- Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with professional and service requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers and other healthcare professionals.
About You
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist with relevant experience gained within the UK NHS. You will have a professional and patient-centred approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You will be confident applying your clinical knowledge and physiotherapy skills within a busy healthcare environment and committed to delivering a high standard of patient care.
Requirements
- Relevant Physiotherapy qualification.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Relevant UK NHS physiotherapy experience is essential.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess patient needs and contribute to appropriate treatment and rehabilitation.
- Ability to work professionally and effectively as part of a healthcare team.
