Tripod Partners are recruiting an experienced Senior MSK Physiotherapist for a locum opportunity with Nuffield Health, based in Guildford. Working within the Surrey private healthcare sector, the successful candidate will provide Physiotherapy cover across outpatient and inpatient services as required.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior MSK Physiotherapist looking for a short-term locum assignment with an established private healthcare provider. The initial requirement is for two months, with the potential for ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality MSK Physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
- Deliver Physiotherapy interventions within outpatient settings.
- Provide inpatient Physiotherapy cover as required by the service.
- Undertake appropriate clinical assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Support patients to improve mobility, function, and recovery.
- Apply sound clinical reasoning to assessment and treatment decisions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider clinical team.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Work in accordance with professional standards and service requirements.
About You
You will be an experienced Senior MSK Physiotherapist with strong outpatient experience and the flexibility to provide inpatient cover when required. You will be confident working autonomously, undertaking clinical assessments, and delivering evidence-based Physiotherapy interventions.
Requirements
- Relevant Physiotherapy qualification.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Strong MSK Physiotherapy experience.
- Experience working within an outpatient Physiotherapy setting.
- Ability to provide inpatient cover when required.
- Strong clinical assessment and reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider clinical team.
