  • Maintain accurate electronic case records and ensure compliance with Adult Social Care legislation and professional standards.
  • Promote strengths-based practice and contribute to achieving positive outcomes for adults living within the community.

About You

You will be a HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with previous experience working within Adult Social Care. You will have excellent assessment, clinical reasoning, and case management skills together with the flexibility to work across different teams and manage a varied workload.
