Tripod Partners are recruiting a Team Manager for a locum role within North West London Social Services. This position focuses on leading the operational delivery and ongoing development of adult social care services.
The Team Manager will oversee referral, assessment, care management, commissioning, and review functions, ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality, and person-centred services for adult service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery of adult social care services.
- Oversee referral, assessment, care management, commissioning, and review processes.
- Support the strategic development and continuous improvement of the service.
- Ensure high-quality, efficient, and outcomes-focused service delivery.
- Manage team performance, service standards, and operational priorities.
- Support staff development, supervision, and effective team working.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner organisations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to safeguarding, risk management, and quality assurance processes.

You will be an experienced manager with a strong background in
adult social care services. You will demonstrate effective leadership skills, operational
management experience, and the ability to support high-performing teams.
You will be confident managing complex service delivery demands while maintaining a person-centred and
outcomes-focused approach.
