Brief Job Overview
Tripod Partners are recruiting a Band 6 Physiotherapist for a locum role within North Wales NHS. This position is based within a hospital setting, supporting patients with a range of rehabilitation and physiotherapy needs.
The Physiotherapist will deliver assessment and treatment programmes aimed at improving mobility, function, and independence. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the role focuses on supporting patient recovery and contributing to effective rehabilitation pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out physiotherapy assessments for patients within a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to support rehabilitation and recovery.
- Manage a caseload of patients with varying clinical needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
- Provide advice and education to patients and carers.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS standards.
About You
You will be a qualified Physiotherapist with experience working within
NHS services. You will demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability
to manage a caseload independently.
You will be confident working within a multidisciplinary team and delivering rehabilitation-focused
care to support positive patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience working within NHS physiotherapy services.
- Ability to manage a caseload and deliver effective treatment plans.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
