Tripod Partners are recruiting a Physiotherapist for locum shift cover at 
Stagenhoe Park, part of The Disabilities Trust – Brainkind Business Unit 
in Hertfordshire. This role involves supporting individuals with complex neurological 
conditions through physiotherapy assessment and rehabilitation interventions.

Working within a specialist neurological care environment, you will help individuals maintain or improve 
mobility, physical function, and overall wellbeing. The service supports people with complex needs, 
including neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries, requiring physiotherapy input to maximise 
independence and quality of life.

This opportunity offers flexible individual shift cover, working alongside a 
multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality physiotherapy support within a structured care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physiotherapy assessments and treatment programmes for individuals with neurological or complex rehabilitation needs.
• Support patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Implement person-centred physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual rehabilitation goals.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, nurses, and care staff.
• Provide guidance on safe movement, positioning, and mobility techniques.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to ongoing care planning.

About You

You will be a qualified Physiotherapist with experience delivering rehabilitation support 
for individuals with complex physical or neurological needs. You will be comfortable working as part of a 
multidisciplinary team and supporting patient-centred care within a specialist rehabilitation environment.

Strong communication and organisational skills will be important, enabling you to deliver effective 
therapy interventions and contribute to coordinated care planning for residents.

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Experience delivering physiotherapy within rehabilitation, neurological, or complex care settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
