Service: Acute Surgical / Neurosurgery Physiotherapy

Job Details:

• Band 6 Physiotherapist required to assess and treat post-operative surgical patients.
• Work across neurosurgery and general surgery wards within an acute hospital setting.
• Provide respiratory physiotherapy assessment and treatment for post-operative patients.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation and treatment plans to support recovery and mobility.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes and support discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS and professional standards.

Skills / Experience:

• HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
• Experience working within acute surgical or hospital settings.
• Respiratory physiotherapy competency (essential).
• Experience working with post-operative surgical patients.
• Strong clinical reasoning and multidisciplinary team working skills.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30.
