Job Details:
Paediatric Team Lead required to support the delivery of Occupational Therapy services within Children’s Social Care.
Provide professional leadership and guidance to the paediatric occupational therapy team.
Support the management and development of paediatric occupational therapy services.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families and partner agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
Promote high standards of practice and ensure services support children and young people to maximise independence and participation.
