Service: Equipment and Adaptations Team
Job Details:
Senior Occupational Therapist required to start ASAP within the Equipment and Adaptations Team.
Work with both adults and children requiring occupational therapy assessment and intervention.
Carry out fieldwork assessments within the community.
Assess for and recommend appropriate equipment and home adaptations to support independence and safety.
Work collaboratively with service users, families, carers and multidisciplinary professionals.
Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with service requirements.
Utilise Eclipse or similar case management systems to record assessments and interventions.
Skills / Experience:
Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant professional registration.
Experience working in equipment and adaptations within a social care setting.
Fieldwork experience in community occupational therapy.
Experience using Eclipse or a similar case management system.
Ability to manage a varied caseload and work autonomously.
