Job Details:
Acute Occupational Therapist required to start ASAP
Support early intervention and complex discharge planning from the acute site
Work with highly vulnerable patients, particularly frail elderly individuals
Specialist focus on assessment and intervention for patients with fractures, especially hip fractures
Deliver high quality occupational therapy assessments to improve functional outcomes and reduce length of stay
Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to facilitate safe and timely discharge
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week. 08.00 – 16.00.
