Job Details: Occupational Therapist required for Acute Medicine.
Provide high quality Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention within Acute Medical wards
Manage a varied caseload of patients with complex medical presentations
Complete functional assessments to support safe and timely discharge planning
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes
Recommend and arrange appropriate equipment and support services
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Skills / Experience:
HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
Experience working within an acute hospital setting, ideally Acute Medicine
Strong discharge planning and clinical reasoning skills
