Job Title: Therapy Assistant – Band 3 (Part Time)

Contract Length: Ongoing (4 weeks initially)
Job Details: Therapy Assistant required to start ASAP for 4 weeks within the Early Supported Discharge Team.
Deliver rehabilitation programmes as prescribed by registered therapy staff
Support patients within the Early Supported Discharge pathway
Complete clinical documentation using SOAP note format
Provide clear and accurate handovers to the multidisciplinary team
Work collaboratively within the team to support patient rehabilitation goals
Skills / Experience:
Previous experience working in a Therapy Assistant role
Experience delivering rehabilitation programmes
Ability to complete notes in SOAP format
Good communication and teamwork skills
Working Hours: Part time – 3.5 days per week (Monday to Friday). Specific days and hours to be confirmed each week.
