Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job details: Occupational Therapist required to start in March.
Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the office and/or completing visits
Undertake moving and handling assessments
Complete major adaptations assessments and recommendations
Work autonomously and manage caseload independently
Previous Social Services experience preferred
