Job Title: Community Occupational Therapist (2 roles)

Job details:
2 x Community Occupational Therapists required to complete in-person assessments and reviews within the community.
All reviews must be completed face to face. One office-based day per week is required.
Complete community-based Occupational Therapy assessments and reviews
Undertake Care Act and Mental Capacity Act assessments
Carry out manual handling assessments and risk assessments
Assess and recommend assistive technologies
Ensure all reviews are conducted face to face (no telephone reviews)
Work in line with statutory duties and local authority procedures
Requirements:
HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
Experience within community and local authority settings
Strong knowledge of Care Act and Mental Capacity Act legislation
Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00
