Job Title: Social Worker / Occupational Therapist

Job details: Social Worker / Occupational Therapist required to start ASAP. The post holder will manage a caseload of approximately 25 children and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, child-centred services.

Undertake assessments and interventions in line with statutory responsibilities
Work collaboratively with children, families, and partner agencies
Ensure effective care planning, review, and risk management
Maintain accurate and timely case records on relevant systems
Participate in duty weeks and attend the office as required
Skills/experience:
Professional qualification in Social Work (or Occupational Therapy where applicable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and experience of working with LCS
Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
Working hours: 36 hours per week. Minimum of 2 days per week in the office, including participation in duty week.
