Location: Hywel Dda – Glangwili Hospital

- Occupational Therapist required to start ASAP for 3 months
- Support early intervention and complex discharges from the acute site
- Work with highly vulnerable patients
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 08.00 – 16.00
