Job Details
Physiotherapist required to start ASAP within an acute hospital setting. This is a broad-based acute role involving rehabilitation and discharge planning across inpatient services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment within an acute hospital environment.
Deliver acute rehabilitation interventions to support patient recovery.
Contribute to safe and timely discharge planning in collaboration with the MDT.
Manage a varied inpatient caseload using sound clinical reasoning.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with Trust standards.
Skills & Experience
HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
Acute hospital experience essential.
Broad clinical skills including acute rehabilitation and discharge planning.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
