An opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the inpatient therapy team at Aintree Hospital on an ongoing locum basis.
Undertake timely physiotherapy assessments on inpatient and reablement wards.
Determine discharge readiness and identify required physiotherapy interventions.
Contribute to parallel planning to support safe and timely discharge.
Develop, implement and monitor individualised exercise and rehabilitation programmes.
Liaise effectively with hospital, community and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Support patient flow and timely discharge across the service.
