Job Details
Work within an Integrated Health Team providing high quality physiotherapy assessment and short-term treatment/management programmes.
Support adults presenting with stroke and a range of neurological conditions requiring a community-based service.
Manage a complex caseload autonomously using specialist physiotherapy knowledge and skills.
Provide specialist rehabilitation for stroke and neurological patients.
Attend and actively engage in complex clinical discussion meetings regarding service users.
Provide management and support to junior staff.
Use essential IT skills for data collection and accurate data input.
Apply knowledge of SSNAP audits within clinical practice.
